2-3 Tbsp Ground coffee
1 half cm thick slice of ginger root
1 cinnamon stick
5-6 cardomon pods
Pinch of salt
5 dl boiling water
You can either pour the boiling water and steep the coffee in metal mesh tea filter, in a French press, or you can boil everything together and sift it as you pour it out into cups.
For a quick fix grind dry spices with your regular coffee, mix it up and conserve in airtight container for future use.
